サービスについて

「マイサダナ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、意識の観察・内観の実践にインスパイアされた、有志による非公式の内観・瞑想記録ツールです。本アプリは、特定の団体・指導者とも公式な提携・承認・後援の関係にありません。

年齢制限

本アプリは18歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。18歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。

アカウント

ニックネームとパスコードの管理はご自身の責任で行ってください。パスコードを他人と共有しないでください。

ユーザーが投稿するコンテンツ

本アプリの「シェア」機能を通じて投稿する内容について、投稿者ご自身が責任を負います。以下の内容の投稿を禁止します:

• 他者への誹謗中傷、嫌がらせ、脅迫
• 違法な内容、またはその助長
• 他者の個人情報の公開、その他プライバシーを侵害する内容
• 性的または暴力的な表現
• スパム、宣伝目的の投稿
• 外部リンクの掲載

コンテンツモデレーションと安全対策

本アプリは、不適切なコンテンツおよび迷惑行為・虐待的なユーザーを一切容認しません(zero tolerance)。

• 投稿前の自動チェック: シェアする投稿のテキストは投稿前に自動チェックされ、外部リンク、メールアドレスや電話番号などの連絡先、明らかに不適切な表現が含まれる場合はシェアできません(その場合も、日記自体は本人だけに保存されます)
• 通報: 各投稿に「通報」ボタンがあります。通報した投稿は、通報した方のフィードから直ちに非表示になります。同一の投稿に3件以上の通報が集まると、確認が終わるまで全員のフィードから自動的に非表示になります
• ブロック: シェアされた投稿はすべて匿名で表示されます。各投稿の「ブロック」を押すと、その投稿者が誰か分からないまま、その投稿者の投稿が自分のフィードに表示されなくなります。ブロックは「設定」から解除できます
• 運営による対応: 運営者は、通報を受け付けてから24時間以内に内容を確認し、本規約に違反すると判断した場合は、該当コンテンツの削除と、投稿者のアカウント停止(利用資格の剥奪)を行います
• 連絡先: 不適切な行為の通報やお問い合わせは、アプリ内の「通報」ボタン、または本規約末尾のメールアドレスまでお願いします。連絡先はアプリ内の設定画面とシェア画面にも掲載しています

ご利用者は、本規約に違反した場合に、運営者がコンテンツの削除やアカウントの停止を行う場合があることに同意するものとします。

AIによるデータ処理

本アプリの一部機能(AIによる洞察、シェア投稿の自動翻訳)は、Cloudflare, Inc.(Cloudflare Workers AI)にデータを送信して処理します。これらは、初めて利用する前にアプリ内でご案内する内容に同意いただいた場合にのみ行われ、同意はいつでも「設定」→「AIによるデータ処理」から撤回できます。同意しなくても、AI以外の機能はすべてご利用いただけます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

サブスクリプション

本アプリは、アカウント作成(または本方針の導入日のいずれか遅い方)から最初の30日間は、購入なしですべての機能をお使いいただけます。31日目以降も利用を続けるには、月額・年額のサブスクリプション(マイサダナ プレミアム)への登録が必要です。決済はApple社のIn-App Purchaseを通じて行われ、価格・請求サイクルは購入前の画面に表示されます。サブスクリプションは自動更新され、解約は端末のApple IDの「サブスクリプション」設定から、更新日の24時間前までにいつでも行えます。購入済みのプランは、購入画面の「購入を復元」から復元できます。購読の状態は、Apple社およびRevenueCat, Inc.を通じて確認され、お使いのアカウントに紐付けられます。無料期間が終わっても、記録したデータは削除されず、登録後にそのままお使いいただけます。アカウントの削除は、無料期間の終了後もいつでも行えます。

知的財産

本アプリ内で引用・言及される名言・教えの権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。本アプリはあくまで個人の実践・観察を記録するための非公式ツールであり、特定の教えの公式な解釈や代替を主張するものではありません。

免責事項

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者は責任を負いません。本アプリは医療行為・専門的なカウンセリング・心理療法の代替を意図したものではなく、心身の不調がある場合は専門家にご相談ください。

規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

About the Service

"My Sadhana" (the "App") is an unofficial, independently-made journaling and meditation-tracking tool inspired by consciousness observation practices. The App has no official affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship relationship with any particular organization or teacher.

Age Requirement

The App is for users aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 may not use the App.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your nickname and passcode secure. Do not share your passcode with anyone else.

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you post via the "Share" feature. The following are prohibited:

• Defamation, harassment, abuse, or threats directed at others
• Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity
• Publishing another person's personal information, or other content that violates their privacy
• Sexual or violent content
• Spam or promotional content
• Posting external links

Content Moderation and Safety

The App has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

• Automatic screening before posting: The text of a post is checked automatically before it is shared. A post containing external links, contact details such as email addresses or phone numbers, or clearly inappropriate language cannot be shared (your diary entry itself is still saved privately for you).
• Reporting: Every post has a "Report" button. A post you report is hidden from your feed immediately. A post that receives 3 or more reports is automatically hidden from everyone's feed until it has been reviewed.
• Blocking: All shared posts are displayed anonymously. Tap "Block" on a post to stop seeing that author's posts without learning who they are. You can unblock from Settings.
• Action by us: We review each report within 24 hours of receiving it. If we find a violation of these Terms, we remove the content and suspend the author's account (revoking their right to use the App).
• Contact: Report inappropriate behavior or contact us with the in-app "Report" button or at the email address at the end of this page. Our contact details are also shown in the App's Settings and Share screens.

By using the App, you agree that we may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

AI Data Processing

Some features of the App (AI insights and automatic translation of Share posts) send data to Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers AI) for processing. This happens only if you consent to the in-app explanation shown before first use, and you can withdraw consent at any time from Settings → "AI Data Processing". Every non-AI feature remains available without consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

For the first 30 days from account creation (or from the date this policy took effect, whichever is later), you can use every feature without buying. To keep using the App from day 31, a monthly or yearly subscription (My Sadhana Premium) is required. Payment is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase; the price and billing cycle are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel at any time in your device's Apple ID subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can restore a previous purchase with "Restore Purchases" on the purchase screen. Your subscription status is verified through Apple and RevenueCat, Inc. and is linked to your account. Your recorded data is not deleted when the free period ends; it is available as before once you subscribe. You can delete your account at any time, including after the free period ends.

Intellectual Property

Any references to or quotations from third-party teachings included in the App remain the property of their respective rights holders. This App is an independent, unofficial tool for personal practice and observation, and does not claim to be an official interpretation of or substitute for any teaching.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App. The App is not a substitute for professional medical care, counseling, or psychotherapy — please consult a qualified professional if you are experiencing distress.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
