「マイサダナ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人開発者によって運営されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集・利用する情報について説明します。

収集する情報と収集方法

以下の情報は、いずれもご利用者ご自身がアプリ内で入力・操作した内容、またはアプリの動作に伴い自動的に記録される情報です。

• ニックネームおよびパスコード(パスコードはハッシュ化して保存し、平文では一切保持しません)
• 意識状態のチェックイン記録(選択した感情・状況・自由記述)
• 日記・気づき(叡智)の記録
• 「シェア」に投稿した内容(他のユーザーには匿名で表示されます)、および通報・ブロックの操作履歴
• AIによるデータ処理への同意の有無とその日時
• サブスクリプションの購入・購読状態(決済自体はApple社が処理し、本アプリはカード情報等を一切受け取りません)
• 本アプリの動作に必要な技術的情報(Cloudflareのインフラを通じて標準的に記録されるIPアドレス等)

情報の利用目的

• 意識状態の記録・分析・可視化
• AIによる洞察の生成、「シェア」投稿の自動翻訳(下記「AIによるデータ処理」参照)
• 「シェア」における不適切な投稿の防止、通報・ブロックへの対応
• サービスの維持、不正利用の防止

AIによるデータ処理

本アプリは、以下の2つの機能でのみ、第三者のAI処理基盤にデータを送信します。送信先は Cloudflare, Inc.(Cloudflare Workers AI)の1社のみで、他の事業者へ送信することはありません。

• AIによる深い洞察: あなたの記録から作成した匿名の統計情報(感情ラベル・回数・条件別の傾向など)のみを送信します。日記や気づきの原文そのものは送信しません。利用モデル: OpenAI社の gpt-oss-20b(オープンウェイトモデル。Cloudflareがホスト)。
• 「シェア」投稿の自動翻訳: あなたが「シェア」を選んだ投稿のテキスト(日記の全文・抜粋・チェックインの共有メモ)を、他の対応言語(日本語・英語・中国語・韓国語・スペイン語)に翻訳するために送信します。翻訳結果は当社のデータベースに保存されます。

AIへ送信したデータを、AIの学習のために当社が利用することはありません。

同意の取得: 上記の機能を初めて利用する前に、アプリ内の専用ダイアログで「送信先(Cloudflare, Inc. / Cloudflare Workers AI)」「送信するデータの種類」「目的」をお示しし、明示的な同意をいただきます。同意はアカウントに保存され、サーバー側でも、同意がない限りAI処理は一切行いません。同意しなくても、記録・分析・シェア・通報・ブロックなどAI以外の機能はすべてご利用いただけます。

同意の撤回: いつでも「設定」→「AIによるデータ処理」から同意を撤回できます。撤回するとAIへの送信は直ちに停止し、あなたの投稿の翻訳キャッシュ(翻訳結果)も削除されます。

送信先における保護: Cloudflare社は、Workers AIの公開ドキュメントにおいて、お客様のコンテンツをWorkers AIで提供されるAIモデルの学習に使用しないこと、および他のCloudflareのお客様に提供しないことを表明しています。送信したデータの取り扱いは、Cloudflare社のプライバシーポリシーおよび契約条件にも従います。本アプリは、この条件が当社の定める保護水準と同等以上であることを確認した上で、同社のサービスを利用しています。

第三者への提供

本アプリは、ホスティング・データベース・AI処理の基盤として Cloudflare, Inc. のサービスを利用しています。これら技術基盤の提供事業者を除き、収集した個人情報を第三者に販売・共有することはありません。広告目的での情報利用も行いません。

サブスクリプションの確認: サブスクリプションの管理・確認のため、アプリ・サーバーは RevenueCat, Inc.(購読管理サービス)を利用します。購読状態を確認するため、アカウントごとに割り当てた内部のID(ニックネームやパスコードではない、本人を直接特定しない識別子)と購入情報が RevenueCat, Inc. に送信されます。決済はApple社のIn-App Purchaseで処理されます。RevenueCat, Inc. およびApple社における取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

データの保存期間と削除

データはアカウントが存在する限り保存されます。アプリ内の「設定」→「アカウントの削除」から、パスコードの確認を経て、いつでもご自身のアカウントと全データを即時に完全削除できます(取り消しはできません)。アプリ内から削除できない場合は、下記の連絡先メールアドレスまでデータの削除をご請求ください。シェアに投稿した内容や翻訳結果もアカウント削除とともに削除されます。文字起こしのために送信した画像は保存しません。

年齢制限

本アプリは18歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。18歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

"My Sadhana" (the "App") is operated by an independent developer. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect and How

All of the following is either entered or chosen by you in the App, or recorded automatically as the App operates.

• Nickname and passcode (passcodes are stored hashed; we never store or see the plain text)
• Consciousness-state check-in records (selected emotions, context, free-text notes)
• Diary and Wisdom entries
• Content posted to Share (shown to other users anonymously), and your report and block actions
• Whether, and when, you consented to AI data processing
• Subscription purchase and status (payment itself is processed by Apple; the App never receives your card details)
• Standard technical information needed to operate the App (e.g. IP address, logged automatically by our Cloudflare infrastructure)

How We Use Information

• To record, analyze, and visualize consciousness states
• To generate AI insights and automatically translate Share posts (see "AI Data Processing" below)
• To screen Share posts for inappropriate content and handle reports and blocks
• To maintain the service and prevent abuse

AI Data Processing

The App sends data to a third-party AI infrastructure in only the two features below. The only recipient is Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers AI); we do not send data to any other company.

• Deeper AI Insight: Only anonymized statistics derived from your entries (emotion labels, counts, and trends by condition) are sent. The raw text of your journal or insight entries is never sent. Model: OpenAI's gpt-oss-20b (open-weight, hosted by Cloudflare).
• Automatic translation of Share posts: The text of posts you have chosen to share (full diary text, excerpts, and check-in share notes) is sent so it can be translated into the other supported languages (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish). Translations are stored in our database.

We do not use the data sent to AI to train AI models.

Consent: Before you first use any of these features, a dedicated in-app dialog shows the recipient (Cloudflare, Inc. / Cloudflare Workers AI), the types of data sent, and the purpose, and asks for your explicit consent. Your consent is stored with your account, and our server performs no AI processing without it. If you do not consent, every non-AI feature (records, analysis, Share, reporting, blocking, and so on) remains fully available.

Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw consent at any time from Settings → "AI Data Processing". Sending to AI stops immediately, and the cached translations of your posts are deleted.

Protection at the recipient: In its public Workers AI documentation, Cloudflare states that it does not use customer content to train the AI models offered on Workers AI and does not make it available to other Cloudflare customers. Data is also handled under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and contractual terms. We use Cloudflare's service after confirming that these terms provide a level of protection equal to or greater than that described in this policy.

Third-Party Sharing

The App uses Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, database, and AI processing. Other than this infrastructure provider, we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Subscription verification: The App and our server use RevenueCat, Inc. (a subscription management service) to manage and verify subscriptions. To confirm your subscription status, an internal account ID we assign to you (not your nickname or passcode, and not an identifier that directly identifies you) and your purchase information are sent to RevenueCat, Inc. Payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. How RevenueCat, Inc. and Apple handle data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data immediately at any time from Settings → "Delete account" (passcode confirmation required). This action cannot be undone. If you cannot do this in the App, you may request deletion by emailing the contact address below. Shared posts and stored translations are deleted along with the account. Images sent for transcription are not stored.

Age Requirement

The App is for users aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 may not use the App.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App.
